I can rip dvd to vcd fine but I have a problem ripping to SVCD.
I don't get any chapter jumping and the audio sync goes after about 16 minutes into any disc. Also if I search forward or back for any amount of time the sync goes. Can anyone help me with this. It's probably something stupid but I'm a newbie at this.
Cheers in advance

Come on. Someone has got to be able to help me???????
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
1)select "Audio/Video synch."
2)in "iDCT" and "Resize",select the correct settings for your CPU(SSE/3D Now)
3)play 10 sec. of the movie(to unlock the drive)before encoding
Some people have reported that ver.2.0 has a synch. bug and recommend using ver.1.7(search www.google.com) -
Yes DvdX can give this problem, V1.7 is more sutable.
