I have a .m2v file and a .ac3 file. It is over 4.3 gigs. What I want to do is convert it to a smaller size so it can fit on a 4.3 dvd-r. In rempeg2 it was suggested in a guide that rempeg2 check every single frame of the movie before moving on. What I did in the program is clicked on open and then clicked on my .m2v file. It went through all 19 of my .m2v files before it got to my 20th .m2v file which it then said
" Unsupported resolution 4294967295 X 2012750850..."
then it said there was a error with the program and asked me if i wanted to send the error repport to microsoft. I said no and the program shut down. I tried again and this time the program did not shut down. The 20th .m2v file plays just fine. I dont understand. Do I have to do this step in order to make a dvd file smaller enough to fit on one dvdr or is this unnecessary step?Is there an easier way?
