I am in the process of ripping the Sopranos first season. After I ripped the first dvd, I had 7 gigs of info. I converted it over with DVD2avi. That made my audio file around 2.1 gigs. When I try to run it in MPGEnc.exe it says I have an error when audio is decoded. I think that maybe the audio source is too large. Is there an adjustment I can make in the ini.file or something so it will take the large audio file? What can I do to get through this problem?

Sorry for posting this question twice but I really wasn't for sure where it should go.

I suggest to decode in 2 parts. Use DVD2AVI's source range to look for a point, where you want to split the file anyway. So you get two .d2v and two .wav files.
Both TMPG audio encoder and toolame do not accept >2gig files.

Your the man Truman!! I can't believe I over looked that. I am new to these programs and never had to do that before. I really appreciate your help. I have already wasted two nights with these large dvd's. Maybe I can get somewhere tonight. Thx again Truman
