Help! WinonCD error!

I am getting this error whenever I try to make a Photo CD using WinonCD. It builds the bitmaps, but then when it says performing makes, the illegal operation warning comes up and says:

Does anyone know how to fix this? I think it might be because I didn't install the CD-Rom emulator. I made one once before that got to the burn process, but that was before I took off the emulator. I'll try reinstalling and giving my results.

I think I figured it out. It seems some pictures were corrupt or sumthing. I tried burning another photo album with different pictures, and it worked just fine.
