I multiplexed the video rendered with cce and the audio rendered with TMPGenc. I did the multiplexing with TMPGenc. When I author it in Moviefactory 2, it re-renders it. It does not re-render it when the video and audio are rendered from cce and multiplexed in TMPGenc. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Yes. It does not re-render MPEGs created with CCE. It also does not re-render MPEGs created with TMPGenc. However, I was not happy with an MPEG done in CCE (the audio was not good), so I rendered the audio in TMPGenc and the Video in CCE and multiplexed in TMPGenc. When I tried to author in Moviefactory2, it tells me it has "some rendering" and then it begins to re-render. What do you think? Thanks.

same problem here. I re-encode with TMPGenc. and get the mpeg imported, moviefactory2 always re re-encodes it and makes it way to big to fit DVDr!!!

Tried Moviefactory for the first time last night: I also had CCE video, but I used TooLame for the audio, and then multiplexed into mpeg by using BBMpeg. The Moviefactory took it all right and authored it into vobs.
