the bastards have stuffed up the video drivers 41.09 once again so when you use powerdvd or windvd it locks out video altogether on some mx400 cards by continually enabling tv-out so all you get is blank screen in windvd and a error message in powerdvd saying the tv-out is enabled so saying this dvd is copyrighted so get stuffed and you can't watch it

In a posting yesterday someone had the same problem even though their video card had no video out. The problem seems to be a copy protection built into the DVD which makes it unplayable on PC's. In order to play it on your PC you have to rip and burn. (Nvidia has nothing to do with it.)

try this... use a program that unlikes your drive like smart ripper or dvd decrypt... open up smart ripper or dvd decrypt... leave that prodram open mut minimize it ... now open up your dvd program... it should allow u to play your movie ok... if it doesnt work then that sux

I know what I am doing, ver 30.82 works fine.

I have just tried ver 41.09 on ti4200 and it works perfect .

I am getting the same problem.

Downloading the drivers before the latest and gonna see if a downgrade will fix it.

If you downgrade to these drivers, it doesn't give the TV-Out error anymore.
