When using the VDub to resize a avi capture from 640x480 to a CVD or SVCD format which option in the resize filter should I use (nearest neighbor or bilinear or bicubic or precise bilinear or precise bicubic or...)

obviously you should use the one that looks best to you
however most people consider Bi-Cubic or precise Bi-Cubic
however there are some who say the bi-linear is best for scaling down
