I have tried again to create a VCD using DVD2SVCD / TMPGEnc. The process goes smoothly. When completed, the sound is good is normal but the video moves along about 1 frame every 7 seconds. There's probably a setting somewhere that isn't correct but I can't figure out what it is.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thx
Gary

i havent used dvd2svcd to convert a movie b4...i cant really help you as i dont know enough about the app...why dont you just use the seperate apps (dvd2avi and tmpgenc with any plug ins that you want like sample reasembler) oh and of course a dvd ripper...i seem to like the seperate apps as you have more freedome and you are in control...

Is there any chance on the "Misc" tabbed page, you have the Output file type set to MPEG-2. Since you are burning VCDs it should be set to MPEG-1. That is the only setting I could see that might affect the video that drastically.
