I have tried again to create a VCD using DVD2SVCD / TMPGEnc. The process goes smoothly. When completed, the sound is good is normal but the video moves along about 1 frame every 7 seconds. There's probably a setting somewhere that isn't correct but I can't figure out what it is.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
    Thx

Is there any chance on the "Misc" tabbed page, you have the Output file type set to MPEG-2. Since you are burning VCDs it should be set to MPEG-1. That is the only setting I could see that might affect the video that drastically.
