  1. Can someone tell me how or point me where I can find info on how to rip a movie that has both full and widescreen in one disc. I'm only want to be able to rip the widescreen version. and How to rip the DTS track instead of the dobly 5.1 in movies that contain both. Thanks

  2. I think that the Widescreen and Fullscreen versions use the same video stream, just right click in DVD Decrypter > Rip Streams. The DTS stream should be there as well.

Play the movie in PowerDVD or your favorite DVD player. Select the widescreen version from the menus. When it starts playing note the Titleset number on the dvd player. Use this in DVDDecryptor to select the correct titleset. You can use IFO mode in DVDDecryptor to deselect audio tracks and subtitles as you wish with stream processing. If you need to re-encode the movie use stream processing in DVDDecryptor to demux your DTS track first.

For example i backed up Stuart Little 2. I used ifoedit to play the movie. At the opening menu it shows FULL SCREEN and WIDESCREEN. I chose full screen then it goes to another menu(play movie, chapters, etc). I click play movie and the movie starts. I exit out of that and ifoedit tells me the titlesets it played. It said VTS_01. So now i know that VTS_01 is widescreen and VTS_11 is fullscreen. When you strip in ifoedit, it list the different audio. Then you can choose the correct audio for the movie. Remember that DTS sound takes up more space then DD5.1.
