I am getting Video jitter when I encode certain Xvid AVIs into VCD/SVCD format. I think it is because I am changing the aspect ratio. I have tried experimenting with the field order and interleave settings with no success.
I did manage to cure the problem, but forgot what I did (I was checking something else).
I think the orginals were DVD NTSC format of some sort, do I need to recreate the orginal aspect ratio and frame rate?
Can someone help?? The effect is spoiling my viewing!!
