OK video gurus.. need your help..

My Sony NS700P set-top DVD player keeps giving me the following error:
C:13 Disc is dirty .. Well, trust me.. it ain't.. '-) The backup is Signs with the main menu and movie. Odd, but it plays clearly and smoothly thru the FBI warning and studio logo, then 'kaput'.. the dreaded "C:13.." error pops up..

Seems this is a problem related exclusively to Sony players... Can anyone direct me as to how to fix, if there is one..??

I'm using Nero 5.5.9.xx to burn in UDF/ISO mode. I also tried to create an image via ImgTool to no avail.. Also used Decrypter, IFOedit, DVD2AVI, CCE.. Any advice w/b appreciated.

I think this happens when the player tries to load something that is missing or only partially on the disc.

e.g. last chapter is incomplete on the disc, when you select that last chapter in the menu it'll crash on the Sony.

Other players do not play the incomplete chapter at all, other players play it till the fysical end of the disc.
