Im looking to capture tv shows and create vcd/svcd's out of 'em, but i dont knwo what card to buy. I also want to capture dvd movies and such. I was going towards a ati tv wonder pro, but now im not sure. can someone suggest one.

oh yeah i have all this on a asus p4pe (845pe chipset)

WinTv's look alright ,but not sure if its what im looking for. I wana make sure the capture is in sync and good quality. Not the best quality, but good enough without the blocks during dark fast moving images. Wanna be able to edit out stuff, commercials for example. would appreciate any info
