ATI Radeon 7500 AIW. I've tried everything but when i go to start-settings-control panel-display-settings-advanced... the enable TV is greyed out. I'm open for any suggestions.
I have a TV attaced (composite set up).
Any ideas at all??

Is the TV you are attached to quite old? or are you using an RF modulator to convert the signal from an RF connection to a composite one?
either one of these could cause the card not to detect the attached TV. One suggestion I have would be to connect the vid card to the input on your VCR (if you have one) and use the VCR to pass the signal to the TV.
If you don't have a VCR or if this doesn't work, I would try completely removing the Radeon drivers, then reinstalling the newest ones. go here:

For a guide on completely uninstalling these drivers.
The go to www.ati.com and make sure you have the newest Catalyst drivers, the newest WDM drivers (for the video input components) and the newest multimedia center software.
Good Luck,

What OS are you running? XP? 2000? ME? 98?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war." -
It's a newer TV (maybe 3 years old).
I've tried running through the VCR also, didn't work.
I'll try the drivers, i have the latest catayst and updated the drivers about a month or so ago.
I'm running Windows 98.

TurboMike,
I dfon't know if this will help. I don't have an ATI, but I do have a VooDoo 3000, and an SIS with TV Out. When I use the VooDoo, it tells me it is going to resize the screen to, I think, 800X600, to display properly, but the setting for TV Out is active.
However, with the SIS, on Setup, it showed me TV Out, but I could never get it, because it wouldn't even give me the option unless the resolution was set to 800X600. That took a dummy a few re-installs to pay attention to. You could give it a try.
Also, if you find it works, would you post if the monitor pic is OK when TV Out is active. My TV screen is great, but the monitor view is so bad, I have to mouse from the TV to get back to monitor only. Some one else told me his showed clearly on both at once.
