    Whenever I boot up Smartripper, or any other DVD-ripping software it recognizes that I do not have an ASPI connection. On my DVD box it says I have a "ATAPI/E-IDE Interface". I'm not sure what that means, but I imagine it means that I do not have an ASPI connection.

    What can I do to be able to use these programs properly (especially Smart Ripper)?
    If everything is infinite then nothing is definite.

    I use smartripper, and i had to install ASPI drivers to make it work. If you go to the tools section of this site you can get more information.
