    My guess would be not many...
    RIAA has money.. but i can assure you, that if people start suing them for incidents like that.. they might re-think their approach.

    If i encrypt all my MP3's and then put them in my shared folder on Kazaa
    And people download them.. and decrypt them... I dont really see how i am at fault.
    The files that are being shared by me, are NOT music files.. data wise..
    It would be like opening a small application in notepad, and replacing certain characters with other characters, and then naming the file something.txt
    and then giving it to people..
    Would this be illegal?
    Isnt there some law that if the original code is changed so much, it then becomes legal?
    Since music is now digital, do the same laws not apply?
