  1. During the burning process of DVD Movie Factory 1, I get the following error:

"Some chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames"

What does DMF1 mean by that? Do I need to put less chapters on my movie? I only have six on a custom menu background.

    Please advise. Thanks.

  2. Sounds like you found a bug in the software. There are several in version 1 and there were updates available at ulead.com. (They may not be there now sense version 2 is out.)

There are 29.97 frames per second of video and the software is saying that one or more of your chapter points has a higher frame number then the total number of frames in your video. Not a good thing.

You should be able to have 10, 20, 30 or more chapter points.

I'd try creating the VIDEO_TS folder without any menu on the hard drive, and see if it plays all the way through with PowerDVD or WinDVD on your computer.

  3. I found out the problem was with a file that I edited using NanoMPEG Editor. When I use the original file without any trimming, DMF1 handled it fine.
