    i have some videos in quick time, but i would like to capture a frame of that video and print it out as a picture, any help on how i can do this. thank you for your help

    Many methods will work:

    Open MOV in TMPGEnc (dont forget QTReader plugin, also you can select source range for fewer frames under Settings button, Advanced, Source Range)
    Then: File -> Output to File -> Image Sequence (JPEG, BMP etc)

    or,
    convert to MPEG in TMPGEnc, then load MPEG into VirtualDub, then File -> Save Image Sequence

    or,
