Need help with multiple PGC in Maestro

I'm trying to backup Band of Brother and keep the original menu.
VTS1 has 3 pgcs, I ripped them all, reenconded the 2 first ones (the Episodes) so I have 3 video files + chapter files +audio and subs imported in Maestro. I read I need to use the playlist in order to keep the structure of VTS1 intact. (back to 3 PGCs) but I can't figure out how to use that feature.
I can make 1 playlist with the first episode but then? if I put the 2nd movie on the movie time line I get no prob, but when I put the AC3 files it says that there is already one and ask me if I want to overwritte it so I guess that is not how to do.

k i m one step further, I found out that I needed to sync the audio tracks, so now I have the Three movies in my time line and the 3 audio tracks.
Now I need to figure out how to import the chapters correctly and the subtitles.
