hey! I got Pinnacle PCTV USB.
I live in europe, using PAL.
When I capture video from TV (320*240), using Pinnacle's software, I lose lots of frames at fast times, and I get even more loses if I capture with Virtual Dub using PICVideo MJPEG Codec.
I tried disabling my Norton Anti Virus and closing other background programs... it didn't help!
PLZ HELP ME!
I got P3, 733MHZ
and 128MB RAM.
4GB free space.

I realize you are not using an ATI product, but I suggest you work your way through:
How to Tune your system for ATI capture cards---General guide
http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/81808.php
Most of this guide applies to capture cards "in general", just skip the ATI specific part (mainly step 14.) -
hi,
if your capture soft doesn't seem to work, after trial an errors,
i'd suggest you to try some other capture soft. avermedia
capture soft is the worst thing i've ever seen, so i tried!
greetings,
