  1. I'm using eazyvcd to rip and encode, and vcdeasy to burn. The quality is great, better than I hoped, but no chapters. This means if I need to get to the 50 minute mark in a movie, i have to wait 25 minutes b/c it only has 2x fast forward. It's a cyberhome 500. This dvd player also has a goto feature where you enter what minute and second interval you want to get to , but it doesn't work on vcds either. AAAAAAARGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks 4 your help!

  2. I am not familiar with the program EazyVCD but are you sure that it actually makes VCD chapters?

There are numerous guides on the net (and this site) on how to make VCD chapters. Chapters using entrypoints on VCDs work as thus: http://www.michaeltam.com/chapters.html

For the beginner (and most guides use this proggy too) VCDEasy would be the easiest way to make a VCD with chapters.

    Regards.

  4. Thanks puertorican, but the instructions say this:

Step 3a - Press the "Chapters" menu item and Here you can select to import the Chapters for your movie, Right Click to get the popup menu so you can import from Smart Ripper or Chapter-X-Tractor.

How can I do this if I used eazyVCD to rip and encode. EazyVCD uses Vstrip and the BeSweet, if this helps. I appreciate the effort!
