    How do i get rid of white line at bottom of 16:9 endoding?
    when i encode to 16:9 there is a white jagged or solid line under the video where the black area should be.
    I use TMPGEnc to encode with keep aspect ratio on.
    please let me know how to fix this as it is very anyoning.
