    I am trying to find out which one of the following two codecs in your opinion would be better, Huffyuv or Pegasus MJpeg set to 20 for quality?
    I am trying to see which one I should really focus on, I know Huffyuv is free but even if I have to spend some money on it if the quality would be better then be it.

    Huffyuv is lossless. MJPEG is lossy - but at setting 20 you probably could not pick the difference.
    MJPEG captures are half the size of Huffy caps, but you have plenty of Gigs to use, so this doesn't matter.

    I would use Huffy since it's free and is lossless.
