How do i re-number chapters? problem

I split a music dvd into 2 and burnt using Nero, but the chapters are listed in continuation from disk 1. I want to re-number the chapters on disk 2 so they are listed 1, 2, 3, 4 etc, not starting at 37, 38, 39 as they are now.

How can i re-number these chapters, as i want the 2 disks to be seperate from each other??

Please any info would be appreciated.
