Hi,
I know some DVD players can only play DVD-R, some DVD+, some DVD+RW ... My questions are
1) WHat is the format of the commercial movie DVDs that can be played on any DVD players.
2) Why we don't have DVD writers that burn such format.
thanks,
Cau

It is basicly the same as with cd audio and cd-r/w. Commercial DVDs are "pressed" and have best read compatibility while home dvd writers uses a "simplier" technology.
Buy this Cube Lite if you want commercial dvds.
