fix for chapter freeze

in Playback of Spiderman(PAL), in chapter 2 it freezes & you have to restart Power DVD again, but you can go to other chapters from the menu and keep watching? is there any solution to this?
or should i just make it the 1 file with no chapters?
I am using a DVD-RW to test first, i don't think that it's the problem, but i only did a quick erase on the DVD-RW disc can this also cause problems?
The method i used was

1.Smart Ripper

2.Spruce Up

3. Ifo Edit

4. Nero

Could NERO be the problem? after installing DVD x COPY, Record Now & Prassi no longer recognise any Drives on my pc? does anyone know how to fix this also.

I just tried to burn with Record now max 4.5 and still same problem, this time i did it with no chapters, just straight movie, it still freezes in Power dvd & windows media player at te same area?
Do you thikn it would have to do with my DVD-RW disc being old? it has a few minor scrathes on it. ( but still alwaysd at same part of the movie? can anyuone please shed some light on this situation

Even though Nobody responded, it was my DVD-RW disc, because it had some minor scratches it wouldn't play past a certain part, so check your re writes people,
