I'm just beginning to appreciate how useful VirtDub is for compressing files. However, I can't seem to get it to work as a Tv-Capture app. coz I can get any sound to work on it.
Some background info on what i'm using:
- Video Capture Device - MSVideo: Brooktree PCI Video Capture driver
- Audio Recording device - SB Live! Wave In
Is there anything else I need to configure or look into?
Thanks in advance for any advice

well you can make sure your line-in isnt muted.
i had that problem once,, but still have another problem -
Make sure you have the LINE_IN Checked in the Record Control option of your soundcard.
Also UNCHECK the LINE_IN in the Play Control option of you soundcard.
And of course make sure you have the lead from your audio source going into the correct connection on your soundcard.
