  1. I ripped [a DVD from my cousing wedding] and am having problems converting to SVCD in ffmpegX. It's over 4 GB so I had to demux and remux to fix the timecode. Thing is, when I go to remux the .m2v and ac3 there's an error when muxing so I only get about an hour of video. I tried feeding the .m2v to ffmpegX and just adding the ac3. mpeg2enc encodes the video but it won't force QT to decode the video so it won't be in sync. Any ideas? God I hate this 4 GB limit.

  2. If you plan to burn to 2 CDs, you could just rip two VOBs by selecting only half of the chapters in 0SEx, and then encode each VOB separately.
