    Born 1951. Never thought color TV was a big deal, but my Dad sure does. I remember trying to watch a game in the 1964 World Series on the neighbors new RCA color set. Hell, they adjusted the color three times in the first inning.....never did look right but the neighbors thought it was great. In the bottom of the 2nd, I ran home and tuned in on a 1958 B&W Philco....missed a bit of the game waiting for the TV to warm up, but the picture was much, much better than that '64 color set. And we are talking day time games in 1964.

    I never saw a color TV worth buying untill the late 1970s....currently have even less interest in hi-def.

    I'm 38 years old. All the photos were copied from video frames. I hate cameras, I've always used camcorders (since 1993). You can see all types of improtant video compression artifacts and noise on the photos.
