no sound in TMPGEnc

hi can anybody help using TMPnc Plus tried to convert harry potter 2 to DVD to transfer to DVD the only problem is there is no sound i used to use the old TMPGEnc and could just use a standard template for DVD and there was sound since i have changed i cannot get the sount now to work

If you have just installed another TMPGEnc, check your VFAPI plug-ins, make sure the priorities are high enough. Load your old TMPGEnc and check what you had before

Options > Environmental settings > VFAPI plug-ins >

What is the source ? AVI > DirectShow Multimedia file reader
