Lowering resolution on divx?

I want to lower the resolution on a divx movie to about 320x240. How can I do this (thats the resolution of my ipaq pocketpc screen, heheh it can play divx how cool is that?)

I figure if I can get it to about 300, I can buy a 512 meg compact flash card for 40 dollars instead of the 200 dollar 1gigabyte ibm microdrive.

You can use virtualdub,nandub

and a resize filter under video->filters.

Size will depend on bitrates only. I'd use virtualdub with bicubic resize. Should work well enough
