    i guess kwag should answer this

    but others might know...i read on the compatibility chart at www.kvcd.net that my GE 1101P doesnt support kvcds. has anyone had any luck in making this model play kvcd3?

    I have the same player. It doesn't surprise me much that changing the templates to use MPEG2 works, I think the main problem it has with the standard KVCD templates is that they're VBR MPEG-1.

    would these modifications also work if i tried the 352x240 LBR template on my GE 1101p or would any modifications be needed at all?
