    hey whats up?
    is their any tool/program yet that will actually cut or edit an ac3 file? it is hassle to ocnvert it back to an mp2, then mutiplex that back with the clip, and then edit. thanks

    sonic foundry's soft encode does, i dont believe they make it anymore however so u might have to do some digging to get it.
