  1. I have downloaded a Divx movie with XNap (Ntsc - 640x480 at 23.976 fps) and I would convert it on CVD format.

If I mantain the Ntsc settings (352x480 - 23.976 fps) on Video Parameters no problems, but If I try to convert it in PAL (settings: 352x576 - 25 fps) audio and video get out of sync.
    QT Decode option is flagged...

I may be wrong but seems that FFMPEG encodes on 25 frames per seconds only the video track (and the audio parts remains at 23.976)!!!

    Anyone has a solution? Thanks.

Do you have the Quicktime MPEG-2 Decoder installed?

  4. Put the DivX in a MOV container with DivX Doctor II and encode the .mov

Sorry but FFMPEG goes on crash after few minutes of encoding...

Tryed 3 times with 3 different Divx (converted by Divx Doctor II).
