  1. okay i wanna take some audio from a vcd i have. i was playing it in windows media and trying to record from the sound card using a program called total recorder. it looks like it records fine and plays like the first 40 seconds and then it gets all screwed up and doesnt play right. is there another program i can use?

    You can use tmpgenc's MPEG Tools to demultiplex the audio stream from the VCD MPEG to an MP2 file, which you can then play or convert.

  3. an easier way is 2 grab urself a program called MultiQuence...then in the 'Track' menu select > add Audio Section...then from the 'File' menu select > Save Wave As...there u have it, u can take the WHOLE track or just a selection from it...
