I'm trying to split a dvd9's movie track into two segment so I can burn it on 2 DVD-Rs. I ripped the first half using Osex and it worked and burned fine. I went to do the second half and no luck. DVDSP would not recognize the AC3.
So I tried the Hexedit trick and erased all the #s before 0B 77. It then would let me import, but the sync was now off. In DVDSP preview and when I viewed it in Apple DVD Player. And it wasn't just a fraction off, it was noticeable. So next I tried using DVDExtractor 0.9b, and found out it's a horrible APP. I tried Selecting half the scenes and demuxing + merging them, and all I got was an invalid AC3 and M2v. I also tried ripping from tracks, same problem. Crappy program, I don't know why some people prefer it over OSeX. Anyone know how to fix this audio dilema????????????????????????????????

That's wierd, I've been doing this all the time with DVD Extractor without any problems. One thing I have to mention is that it DOES NOT work in classic mode in OS X, the files will be unuseable. It will launch and look like it's working, but it's all bad. You have to boot in OS 9 to use it.
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."

    AAAAHHHHH,
I was in classic mode. Why don't they just make it OS9 only!!!
I'll give it a shot, thanks for the tip.
