How do I rip and author second language instead of english

I have a monster inc movie from europe and it has about 5 versions in diffrent languages and I want to rip and convert it to svcd but I only want to get the other language not the original english, I can rip the original movie with english without any problems but when I select the other language and deselect english I get no sound how do I do this, I use smart ripper 2.41 if anyone can help me I would be greatful, thanx ....

Use dvd2avi to extract the different audio tracks. english is usually track 1 so select the others and see which one is the one you need.

I ripped a dvd,returned the dvd to the rental place, then found it in the wrong language. I used VOBRator. It worked for me. for some info:

I normally just use Smartripper or DVD Decrytper to rip the DVD w/ 'enable streaming processes' then select to demux the audio track I want.

This will generate an *.ac3 file with the language you want (and the m2v video if you select that as well).
