I've tried 2 different ways. First I tried with DVD Decrypter, when I tested with WinDVD before burning it, it played the video fine but some of the audio was the director explaining stuff and then some of it was the actual movie audio but in a different language.
Then I tried with DVDX Copy, I have no idea what I am doing. I've read posts that it would fit on one DVD but when I select the largest file it's telling me I need 2 DVDs but for some reason when I go to burn the first disc it's not seeing the drive!!
As you can tell I am very new at this, anyone have any suggestions for me...
TIA

If you're willing to start over, maybe try this step by step guide.

I had no problems. Use Smartripper to rip movie files, Video_ts.ifo/bup.vob and VTS_01_0.ifo/bup/vob to folder. Use ifoedit to strip out some audio/subtitles. After its done Get Sectors and burn.

The different audio in Windvd is something that I think is classed as a "feature"
it seems to play a different audio track for each .Vob file so it will play english , french , directors com , or nothing if its dts and you don't have dts comp sound card. As for xXx it fits on 1 disc fine even with english subs and alot of the menu ( scene select/main/subs select) the guide that dilligaf suggested looks like it should show you how to do it but if you have any questions specific to xXx then feel free to pm me as I'm currently redoing it.

XXX is like the easiest one yet to "back-up", no prblems
what-so-ever, one could keep every subtitle, commentary
and alternate language if one wanted to... -
..did the same thing as rubberman. Movie came out perfectly
The only problem is, I didn't like Vin Diesel nearly as much as I liked him in Pitch Black!
