I ripped a 2 hour dvd to vcd. I used a 600 bitrate on the video because it was a talking head video, and the audio was more important, so I kept that at 44k 224kbs. I wanted to keep it on one cd. The audio seems to breakup a bit, or hesitate on my Pioneer DV333. Is this because of the video bitrate I used? Never have seen this before, but I have never gone down this low. Lowest I've used is 750.
