  1. They used a 4.7GB disc - and split the movie in half. Half on each side, thus requiring the viewer to get up half way through and flip the stupid disc haha.

    i'd be pretty pissed if i'd payed for this disc and not rented it.

    That surely is the shittest thing I've ever heard regarding dvd's.
    If I'd bought it it'd be on it's way back to the shop!

  3. If you had bought it you could take it back ...... they got rid of the 'flippers' a long time ago and replaced them.
    Reason? People were SO pissed off ..... sound familar??

    I've had a few of those, Goodfellas, Starship Troopers, Pokemon 2 et al. Real pisser, can still convert them luckily though.

    Defeats the whole DVD experience really.

  7. The older version of Amadeus was like that...I brought it back in for a refund and exchanged it for "The Fast and the Furious". Yeah, I know...totally different category, totally different type of movie.
