How to fix or setup a good frame using DVDX?

Hi sorry I am new here so I don't know which channel of forum that i should post this but i ready need some expert who using dvdx software I have problem with frame chopping when I rip with dvdx I try to set couple highly quality frame and lower frame but it still doesn't fix my problem can someone here teach me how to setup a good quality frame? Sorry I don't know much to written but I appreciate all your help Thank Hope Someone Have problem same as I do and can fix it thanks once again

I would like some help with this too. I have been all over but apparrently there are no good trouble shooting guides concerning DVDX 2.0 I am re-doing the same 2 minute clip from Bad Boys over and over. I keep ending up with great picture but sound is all out of sinc and its like fast then slow.
