Ok, here's what I have to work with. I have a home movie on a VHS tape, the only way I have to get it onto my computer is via my ATI TV Wonder VE, and I have to capture it as (S)VCD. Ok, from there I need to be able to edit the video and add in credits, an intro, words (for introducing people) and do all kinds of other stuff like that. What I need to know is what programs should I use and what codecs/settings should I use to do this without losing the audio/video sync when I make into DVD.
The reason I ask this is because when I edit my videos and encode them to AVI they are no longer synced and when I try to convert one of my VCD videos to DVD it comes out un-synced. What do I do to always make sure it is synced?
