i have movie on 2 dvd (one DVD 2 sided) and i must get tohether 2 M2V files and 2 AC3 files so then i can use CCE and get movie on 1 DVDr

Why merge them together at that point. Simply encode them seperatly and bring the two parts into your DVD authoring application and set the second one to play immediatly following the first.

To try & merge them first, prior to reencoding is to invite syncronization problems.

pretty simple really. Here's how I do it.

The trick to join multiple/different VOB files, is that every new clip or vob file must have a different VOB-ID. Use this easy to follow guide.

Once your VOBs have been renumbered you need to create IFO files. Use IFOEDIT to do this. Now you have a sequential stream of VOBs. This same technique can be used to string together episodes so they play as one continuous movie. You can set chapter points between the episodes if you like.

If the "movie" is < 4.37G you're ready to burn as usual. But if its larger then you can re-encode using all the typical tools. Here's how I do it:

Create an an iso image using either Nero (yes you can make an image by buring to a virtual drive), or use IMG Tools. Either way, create the ISO and mount it using Daemon.

Now I use DVD2DVD-R in the usual way to rip the streams and re-encode. You can make chapters with ChapterXtractor and subtitles with SUBRIP (if you wish). Then author using whatever tool you use for this part.

It is very easy...

Just load both set of VOB's at the same time with DVD2AVI, then make a "project". With this project you can re-encode the whole movie with an encoder like TMPGEnc.
