  1. Hello recently i've tried making the austin powers goldmember movie and i got the mpeg all ready and went into nero to burn it.
Normally before when i would add the mpeg to the cd burning project it would say "adding file" and it would take 2 mins or so to add the mpeg file. However when i got austins powers goldmember ready, i dragged it over and instead of saying "adding file" and taking a couple mins to add it.....it just added the instantly. I thought this was weird at first ..but i made the vcd anyways. When i tried to play it in my dvd player it didn't play. I've made many other vcds that have worked fine until now. Can someone please tell me whats messed up in nero?

    thanks

  2. have you checked if you have turned off standard compliant in Nero? Why not use VCDeasy its a much nicer proggie and lets you do more, even the blanking of CDRW is easy!

CD project ? you are selecting VCD or SVCD from Nero before you start dropping them in ? Sorry but it now sounds like your making a CD-R which would mean the files would be added very fast.

  8. I had a problem like it, but instead I don't really know exactely where to put the MPEG File...
and the "burn wizard" button won't highlight, any ideas of how to solve my problem?

To help you with yours; You're positive the MPEG File is in the correct format and bitrates? (you seem to know but anyhow)
Have you chosen the correct Type; PAL, NTSC?

  9. not cd project, i clicked alll the right choices... I've made about 8 vcd before..
what i did was i dragged the mpeg from the File broswer over to the Video1 window. in which the mpeg gets added very quickly.

It displays the right amount of time at the bottom of the screen but where it shows track title duration pause and size, it has everything but the duration listed. Also is the track number supposed to be 2?

    thanks

  10. I'm sorry I can't help you there.

I'm a newbie on Nero but as i see it, if there's a conflict then u have to rename it... I've had conflict problems on WinonCD so I know some about them, but as I said Nero is new to me

U don't happen to know why my burn wizard button doesn't get highlighted?
    Yours Zoolo!

  11. Sorry, I didn't speak clearly... It may have to be trakcnumber 2 if there's a conflict between another File... but it shouldn't be, so I can't understand why it doesn't work.

And that .mpg has been made with TMPGEnc ? and split if it was to large ?

You switched off CDI and checked make complient..

ISO, at the very bottom, there are 3 items, is the top 2 selected ?

    MISC, are both selected

    Burn, Simulation is not selected

When you pic-up and drop the file, are you dropping it in the "Middle window" not in file file list at the top that shows the folders?
