powerVCR issue

i used to capture video from my tv card based on bt848 with powerVCR
and i was very happy with the results.
my system was a P4 1,7GHz CPU on a QDI PLATINIX 2A mobo ,512 sdram memory and a 80gb WD hard disk running windows XP pro.
today i changed only the mobo with a MSI 845PE MAX2 and a new DDR
512MB memory,the CPU,HARD DISK etc are the same.
i fixed up everything and all works fine,all except ..POWER VCR!!!

NOW AFTER ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES OF CAPTURING THE PREVIEW PICTURE
FREEZES AND COMPUTER HANGS.
THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO BUT TO RESET PC.

i tried everything i know,playing with IRQs,with BIOS,i changed PCI position,tried differend drives for my bt848 card..
no matter what i do the problem still the same...

please help.

well well

finally solution was very easy.

i noticed that iuVCR had the same problem so that was a driver issue.

i installed conexant bt848_hi res drivers and everything works now.
