X(S)VCD authoring ?

Hello,

I'm looking for info on authoring tools capable
of dealing with XVCD and/or SVCD ?

Seemingly, most authoring tools cannot do it.

From what I have read so far only Nero and
VCDEasy can.

Has anyone else tried some other software
such as Ulead DVD Movice Factory? Ulead
DVD Workshop? Others?...

When you say "dealing with" I assume you mean create, so:

Use Nero only for what it is - burning software

Hi,

Yes, I was meaning authoring & burning. Since I have
already coded the AVI's to MPG (XVCD). Nero seems
to be a nice tool to use. Yet, I'd like to know about
*other* tools that have *more* features (e.g. cool
templates as Ulead DVD Movie Factory).

Ulead DVD Movie Factory handles X/S/VCD. Make sure you get a current version. There was a sync bug in the first version; a patch is available though.

Now, I would like to ask one more question...

Do you know if that software allows overburning?
I ask that because I would like to burn a 90min
and 100min cd, and I think I must use overburning.

I Ulead DVD Movie Factory can't do the X(S)VCD
*and* overburning, do you know of any other soft?
Nero, VCDEasy... others?
