    In the how to section I can find out how to extract audio using Virtualdub for a vcd but how do I do it for a xvcd? Is it the same? Would the sampling rate be the same for example?

    should be exact same. xvcd just means non-standard vcd so the bitrate is not 1150. that should not affect extracting audio.

    Yes, the sampling rate would still be 44100Hz. :P
