I'm using a LiteOn CD-RW drive of 40X 12X 48X.
It works well but it doesn't write as fast as it says.
I'm using an unbranded and unlabeled CD media with a code of 2225 24M E 64616 80 does anyone know what this media is?
The advertised speed of this media is 48X whereas I can only write at 16X without any over burning and faint signs of darkness on the first part of the discs.
Is it just the cheap media? I got the media from the same place I got the writer and they sell both of these mainly so surely they would write at a faster speed.
The drive is set to master and its an internal drive.
If you can't help with the speed could you identify what the media i'm using is?
Thankyou in advance.
