DVDMaestro and Starwars a.o.c PROBLEM

i am tryin to use DVDMaestro to put the sound, chaptrs and video back together... this is the guide i am using http://digital-forums.com/dvd2dvdr/
and i am now getting this error when i try to bring the audio file in " CANNOT LOCATE A FRAME SYNC WORD AT AN EXPECTED BYTE OFFSET.
DATA MIGHT BE CORUPTED. " i never had this problem b4 and i have done a ton of movies using this guide.>>>>> i also have redone the video over , then reripped the movie and did it again and even try to slim it down with ifoedit and rip audio again but when i try to combine it ... it keeps giving me the same error!!!!!!!! Is there another software i can use to combine all of these together??????

I did this movie using Ifoedit 0.95 to author the video, ac3 & subtitles back together. The video had to be re-encoded with tmpgenc before authoring. Attack of the Clones was one of those multi-angle DVD's that I had to rip using Smartripper in 'movie' mode.
