Is there a way to burn a GI on my Pioneer 105 using Virtual PC? Since Toast will not do it

VPC Does not and I think will never support burners let alone DVD burners.
What is this .gi format is that a dvd img from the PC if so i have had no problems burning dvd imgs from pc friends with regular old disc copy in os x 10.2.3..

GI stands for Global Image and its fully supported on pcs (nero, record Now and Primo) How did you burn the GI? Did it decompress it?
GI file is just like BIN file with all the files compressed in it
