Wow! I can't believe some of the outrageous prices for broadband. I have a cable and an ADSL modem and switch between providers depending on the price of service. It seems in Canada there is huge competition for your broadband dollar, and many providers are willing to fight for it. Cable is faster but I really noticed a slow down during peak times and weekends, ADSL is very steady but slightly slower, hardly noticeable with the speed tests at broadband reports.com
Right now I pay $16.95/month Canadian for 6 months with a free month included, then I will pay $24.95. The most I paid for cable was $34.95, plus in both cases the modems ended up being free with the instant rebate.Just shut up and listen dumbass -
